Project examples of business development and pitch support

  • Request: Supporting the pitch for an IPO mandate that a European port operator and logistics company had put out to tender. The pitch requirement asked for in-depth knowledge of the ports and logistics sector.

  • Output: A comprehensive overview of the landscape of the ports and logistics sector in Europe, including trends analysis, competitive dynamics, etc.

  • Result: The pitch was consequently won.

  • Request: Mapping of FTSE100 constituents, identification of key targets within the FTSE100, and tracking of relevant developments with a view to increasing the market share of FTSE100 clients.  

  • Output: A market entry and business development plan to target the FTSE100.

  • Result: Several FTSE100 target companies being successfully converted into clients.
